How to Use the Pomodoro Timer

  1. Click Start to begin a 25-minute focus session.
  2. Work without interruption until the timer finishes.
  3. Take a 5-minute short break (auto-switches).
  4. After 4 focus sessions, take a 15-minute long break.
  5. Customize intervals in the settings section below.

The Pomodoro Technique was developed by Francesco Cirillo. It breaks work into focused intervals (traditionally 25 min) separated by short breaks, improving concentration and reducing mental fatigue.
